Teasing Method - A New Training Technique to Boost Your Fitness Gains
The Teasing Method Can be described as teasing your muscles one day, and then giving in the next. Just like dangling a dog treat in front of a dog. The idea is that after you've trained one or two body parts completely for the day, doing the recommended 20 sets per body part, adding about 3-6 work sets for another muscle group that you plan on training the next day. If you just finished training your chest today and plan on doing back tomorrow, after your last exercise for chest, warm up your back and do a few sets of lat pulldowns or rows. Just enough to get blood flowing in the back and get a small pump. Then stop and head home. While your body is recovering from the chest workout, it will also recover from the little bit of back you've given it; and tomorrow when you are training the back entirely, you will get a pump quicker and it will be even harder. This method can be used for any body part, and can be a great tool for switching up your routines. Switching up your routine is very important in making gains in your fitness training. Whether you want to gain muscle or lose weight, you need to keep the body guessing at what's coming next. Try this method for 1-2 weeks and see if you don't get a little boost to your gains.
